Seven three-axis platforms with teach-pendant programming and configurable dispensing heads.

Working envelope
200 × 200 × 50 to 600 × 500 × 100 mm
Repeatability
±0.01 to ±0.02 mm/axis
Program capacity
≥100 × 4,000 points

Built around the process, not a generic platform.

The AX-7000N/S series is a family of teach-pendant programmed benchtop dispensing robots for dot, line, arc and three-dimensional path applications. Seven travel and drive configurations cover compact workpieces through larger processing areas. Programs can be set up from the controller without a separate production PC.

Designed for stable, maintainable production

Seven platform sizes

Working envelopes from 200 × 200 × 50 mm to 600 × 500 × 100 mm.

N and S drive options

N models use stepper-based motion; S models use servo and precision ball-screw transmission.

Path programming

Supports dots, lines, arcs and three-dimensional paths.

Production recipe storage

Questions before selection

How are the N and S models different?

N models focus on broad size coverage; S models add higher load capacity, servo drive and ±0.01 mm repeatability.

Can the robot run without a PC?

Programs are created and stored through the teach pendant; a production PC is not required for standard operation.

Which valve should be selected?

Valve selection depends on viscosity, filler content, target deposit and cycle time.
