Project context
This representative cell brings recipe control, component checks, servo fastening and production records together around an electronics enclosure. It is an engineering concept for review, not a claim about a delivered customer project.
Inputs required before layout freeze
- Enclosure, connector, cover and fastener samples
- Joint sequence, screw specification and target takt
- Barcode, recipe, result-record and line-interface requirements
- Inspection rules, rework route and acceptance samples
Concept cell architecture
01 / Identify
Load the approved recipe from the product identity and confirm that the keyed fixture matches the selected variant.
02 / Verify
Use machine vision and sensors to check component presence, orientation and the conditions needed before fastening.
03 / Fasten
Execute the controlled program and retain status, torque-angle data and inspection results under the product record.
Engineering boundaries to confirm
Screw feeding stability, tool access, enclosure datum, connector protection, failure handling, safety and data ownership are confirmed with actual samples. Layout, cycle time and final specifications remain subject to the approved technical agreement.
