AX-J6000/6200 Pneumatic Jet Valve Series

Non-contact jetting for standard and heated adhesive processes.

Maximum frequency
200 Hz
Minimum dot diameter
Approx. 0.3 mm
Minimum jet volume
0.002 µL
Body envelope
24 × 90 × 160 mm

Built around the process, not a generic platform.

The AX-J6000/6200 family uses pneumatic actuation and solenoid timing for non-contact dispensing without a Z-axis touch-off move. AX-J6000 targets general adhesives, lubricants and inks; AX-J6200 adds a heated material path and 30 cc cartridge support for PUR and hot-melt processes.

Designed for stable, maintainable production

Non-contact dispensing

Jetting reduces unnecessary Z-axis motion between deposits.

Standard and heated variants

Select general-fluid or PUR/hot-melt configuration.

Compact machine integration

24 × 90 × 160 mm envelope supports benchtop platforms and integrated cells.

Service-oriented design

Modular valve components simplify removal and maintenance.

Model-specific features

Typical applications

  • UV and epoxy jet dispensing
  • Grease, silicone and ink micro-deposits
  • PUR and hot-melt adhesive jetting
  • Small seams and uneven workpiece surfaces

Optional modules

Heater and temperature-control package

Configure the heated fluid path for PUR or hot-melt adhesive.

30 cc cartridge assembly

Provides a compact heated material supply.

Nozzle and seal set

Match particle size, chemistry and target deposit.

Prepare the project with the right inputs

Delivery and service

Selection is confirmed against the workpiece, fluid, viscosity, deposit geometry and cycle requirement. Final specifications require engineering sign-off.

Questions before selection

Why use jetting instead of a contact needle?

Jetting can deposit without touching the workpiece and reduces repeated Z-axis travel.

Is the maximum frequency 200 or 250 Hz?

The source overview states 250 Hz while the performance table states 200 Hz; 200 Hz is used here until engineering confirmation.

Can it dispense filled fluids?

Particle size, abrasiveness and settling must be reviewed; the standard page lists particles below 20 µm.
