Built around the process, not a generic platform.

This series combines a feeder, touchscreen controller, electric driver and vertical fastening mechanism as a simple semi-automatic station. The operator loads and unloads the workpiece while the equipment feeds and drives the screws.

The WSD-101DZ is the single-spindle configuration and the WSD-102SZ is the dual-spindle configuration. The two later chat videos show both layouts, so they are separated by model on one series page.

The single- and dual-spindle variants are presented on one series page. Provide screw samples, workpieces, pitch, target torque, loading method and takt before quotation. Supplier figures and the air-pressure unit must be verified in the technical agreement.

Questions before selection

How should single and dual spindle be selected?

Choose single spindle for one fastening point or lower takt pressure. Evaluate dual spindle when two points have stable pitch and can be driven together.

Does 0.8–1 second include loading?

No complete station-cycle guarantee is implied. Handling, locating, torque and recovery time affect real output.

Is the air supply really 4–5 MPa?

That is how the source sheet is printed, but the unit clearly requires verification before procurement or connection.

What do the two later videos show?

Video 2 shows a single vertical driver and video 3 shows a dual-driver layout, so they are used as WSD-101DZ and WSD-102SZ operating references.
